Your three-page paper must be presented to Ms. Bagby in 13-point Goudy Old Style, with a bibliography citing your primary and secondary resources.

You must cut and paste your editorial/paper into Microsoft Publisher special edition of the British Economist. It will be one of four other editorials featured in the paper. One complete Special Edition must be handed in by the five contributors. This copy will be for display. Print at least one, without your names on it, to hand in to the teacher.
